I’m Heather L. Woody, MCC, President of Heather Woody Unlimited, Inc., and a Master Certified Coach with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations experience their greatness.

My style is straight-up, head-on, fully committed, passionate, and strengths focused. I am committed to getting the best and the most out of everyone I work with while creating insanely cool outcomes.

I’m passionate about helping people and companies, pursue meaningful goals, create greater success, and navigate challenges. My coaching approach is energetic, practical, and focused on getting to the heart of what matters. I help clients uncover new perspectives, strengthen themselves and relationships, and turn insight into meaningful action.

My work as a coach, consultant, trainer, facilitator, and speaker spans a wide range of industries and includes leadership, performance, communication, teamwork, conflict effectiveness, change management, emotional intelligence, generational collaboration, and time/self management. I work with both individuals and teams, tailoring my approach to the people, goals, and challenges in front of me.

I’m a Master Certified Coach through the Certified Coach Federation and hold a B.A. in Public Relations and Communications from the University of Northern Iowa. Before becoming a coach, I worked in marketing, public relations, and sales, and I was also an All-American collegiate track and field athlete at Simpson College and the University of Northern Iowa.

At the heart of my work is a simple goal: to help people create the changes that open the door to real success.
